This addon makes the low poly texturing more easy(the blenders base texture painting works better for higher resolutions and Aseprite is a rl good tool in general) install it

in the right primbase panel connect the 2 programs

this should appear

to open the texture in Aseprite go to the sprite submenu press edit

u can turn on the UVs 2
